As for the yarn diet...well, I have splurged ... on this:

I don't remember where I first heard/read about Yarntini, but something caught my attention. I looked for information all over Ravelry and developed kind of an obsession. It was a frustrating obsession because the Yarntini Etsy shop has so little in stock (and nothing at all at this moment). So, I finally gave in and joined the sock club -- something I swore I'd never do. Don't I have enough yarn?
A few weeks ago this skein showed up and any regrets I might have had evaporated! Above is the November offering, merino sock in Ginger Ice. The picture does not do the yarn justice. It is a deeper, more teal hue in the flesh. And it is incredibly smooshy and soft. Definitely worth joining a club for!

Ooh la la! I see how you were so tempted :)
Pretty yarn! Halfway to your goal is impressive. I bake when I'm stressed most things just go to work but of course I have to sample which is never good for my waistline.
Well, congrats on the 9 pounds but sorry that you are losing weight due to stress - hope things ease up so you can relax!
The yarn is gorgous! What are you going to do with it?
It's pretty as it appears, but more teal sounds delightful. heh I'm with you on the stress-eating. Unless I'm super-stressed, I munch.
I'd say nice work on the weight loss, except for the stress around it. Hope you have a relaxing Christmas to give you time to recover from the stress!
The yarntini is very hard to resist isn't it - lovely stuff!
Lovely yarn!
And I have exactly the same issue with stress/very high stress/weight loss.
I've been extra highly stressed and packing it on. I congratulate you.
Nice work on the diet - now you have more room for yarn:) I am a serious Yarntini fan, and can hardly resist anything she puts together - your semi-solid if gorgeous!
