Colonial Knitting

From my brother's house, it is about a 10-minute walk to Colonial Williamsburg, which is wonderful because parking around this major tourist attraction is tight. Colonial Williamsburg (or CW, as the locals say) is amazing. Although Williamsburg was briefly Virginia's first capital, little happened here for almost 200 years, and the many of the colonial buildings survived the centuries. Today it is a living history village, where docents dressed in colonial garb recreate life in the 17th/18th century. I had to take the photo above, which shows the building that hosts the dying/spinning exhibit.

And, yes, there has been knitting. Cookie A's Sunshine is coming along OK. this is the furthest I've gotten on a pair of socks from Sock Innovation. However there are some cable decreases in my future, and I'm a bit worried about them.

I'm sure your decreases will go just fine (and if not, you can always call it a learning experience...)
